Equal parts artist, philosopher, teacher, and media producer, from 2003-2012 he worked for Integral Institute to create thousands of hours of educational media on the topics of transpersonal psychology, spirituality, productivity, and personal growth.Ā
Obsessed with how humans can live and relate optimally, heās facilitated groups and taught authentic relating and circling since 2012 and he has led courses in over 20 cities around the world.
Loreen Buenavista
Loreen is a people-connector and systems builder. She creates containers that draw in the wisdom of the collective to spark creative insight and flow.
She holds a degree in MBA and is obsessed with both people and systems. She balances the creative chaos of talented individuals and teams to then harness their collective wisdom in building structures that help them successfully operateĀ and navigate in a world of constant change.
She openly embraces ambiguity and makes the attempt to get comfortable with the unknown by creating structure, systems, and moving forward with a plan.

Kaela Atleework
Kaela has had 5+ years of international team building and group organizational experience. She has spent a large portion of her life living in developing countries and working as a volunteer coordinator for humanitarian organizations such as New Hope Volunteers and Manos Verdes. The focus of Kaelaās formal education was Foreign Language Studies, Communications, and Psychology at CCU.
Her goal is to weave a web of connectivity, support, and inspiration amongst conscious individuals and organizations worldwide.
Keith McGuinnes
Keith is a human connection enthusiast and a natural leader. He holds an Executive MBA and spent a decade in the corporate software industryāeventually committing himself to the teachings and practices of the eastern wisdom traditions of Zen and Yoga. He is now fully engaged in the Authentic Relating movement, recognizing its transformational power for individuals and organizations.
His unique leadership journey through technology, business, communication, embodiment, and mindfulness has made Keith an authority on balancing the modern lifestyle of career, relationships, and community while remaining centered and present in the heart and grounded in day-to-day aliveness and shared reality.
One of Keith's core values is serving others on their paths toward integration and wholeness. He guides others through group facilitation, one-one coaching, conflict transformation, and mindfulness practices.
Laura Tatar
Laura is a life navigator and wellbeing strategist with a passion for connecting puzzle pieces and achieving optimal solutions. She works with individuals and organizations to practice the development of skills that support productivity and collaboration, leading toĀ success and fulfillment.
With years of international experience, Laura has worked with clients from more than 8 countries and several various cultures. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work for crisis and trauma and is formally trained andĀ certified in group facilitation, psychosocial dynamicĀ education, and relational leadership.
Laura offers guidance to leaders through teamĀ building, conflict transformation, and communication mediation. With a background in theatre, psychology, and coaching, she is uniqueĀ in her ability to bridge gaps and merge the scientific with the relational.
Ahran Lee
Ahran is a 1.5 Korean American facilitator, coach, multidisciplinary artist, improv actor and event designer based in Berkeley, California. As an active practitioner of Authentic Relating (AR), cultivating interconnectedness and kinship is central to her work as an artist, facilitator, and community leader.
Ahran loves designing community spaces where she can facilitate collective creativity and vulnerable sharing to alchemize pain into collective healing. Themes found in Ahranās work range from AAPI women empowerment, raising mental health awareness, to exploring creative liberation practices for dismantling oppressive systems.
Ahran wants to be the first generation in her lineage who boldly breaks away from toxic patterns by creating and occupying space loudly and proudly. Ahran is an energy mover. Ahran is an ancestral pattern shifter.
